Hi again, when i installed a windows 2008 server and configured the roaming folders for domain users, the permissions were wrong and the folders were not created automatically. So here is a basic overview of some working permissions:<\/p>\n

NTFS-Level permissions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Windows User Account<\/th>\nMinimum permissions required<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
Creater\/Owner<\/td>\nFull Control, Subfolders And Files Only<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Administrator<\/td>\nNone<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Security group of users needing to put data on share<\/td>\nList Folder\/Read Data, Create Folders\/Append Data – This Folder Only<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Everyone<\/td>\nNo Permissions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Local System<\/td>\nFull Control, This Folder, Subfolders And Files<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

SMB-Level permissions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Windows User Account<\/th>\nDefault Permissions<\/th>\nMinimum permissions required<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
Everyone<\/td>\nFull Control<\/td>\nNo Permissions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
